Lifestyle analysis – Every client will have their lifestyle reviewed as part of the initial consultation. Ongoing support will endeavor to aid stress reduction, formulate exercise patterns and promote physical and emotional wellbeing.

Dietary analysis – Every new client will have their diet reviewed as part of the initial consultation. This will give valuable information regarding nutritional deficiencies and/or excess.

Nutritional support – Every client will receive on-going nutritional advice tailored to individual specifications or health goals.

Herbal medicine – Being the oldest paradigm of medicine, the use of plants provides significant advantages for treating many health conditions. Herbal medicine is increasingly being validated by scientific investigation. As a medical herbalist, I welcome these scientific validations thus broadening the understanding of the active constituents of plants.

Massage – As part of a treatment plan, Vitonix may prescribe therapeutic massage. Clients will be given the option of utilizing the professional services provided onsite. Massage helps to reduce pain by the release of endorphins, relieve physical dysfunction, and reduce stress and anxiety. Massage improves circulation to the skin, causing increased nutrition to the cells and encouraging cell regeneration.

Homeoprophylaxis – Homeo-Prophylaxis (HP) is the use of homeopathic medicines in the prevention of disease for children and travelers. The program is designed for those parents who have made the decision not to vaccinate their children with the standard injected program but who would like to employ a safe, effective alternative method of protection.

Hair Analysis – Testing for Food and Environmental Intolerance’s. There are many ways that your health may be impacted by allergens and intolerances. Symptoms can be delayed, making it hard to know what has caused the adverse reaction. Hair Analysis or hair test will identify food, chemical and environmental intolerances. A small sample of your hair is taken and tested against more than 100 different substances via the EVA method.
